Payment

Customers are required to pay for their products at the time of purchase. All funds must be in US dollars. All international orders, customers are responsible for currency exchange rates. We may not be able to process your order, if your payment fails. All products and materials within the order will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
AmuriRose Herbal Shop is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by the banks. The AmuriRose Herbal Shop does not accept payment in the form of cheques. We accept credits/debit cards with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, PayPal. U.S Postal Money Order can be used but must be discussed before ordering with our team at info@amurirose.com. For buyers making their payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal site here. Should you cancel your order with AmuriRose Herbal Shop, it is your responsibility to ensure your one-time payment is cancelled with PayPal directly to save any future payments being taken by PayPal, you can do this with PayPal here. Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

You may cancel your purchase at any time by emailing our support team on info@amurirose.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, We CAN NOT accept returns or exchange. We trust and believe in our products that our customers will be satisfied with AmuriRose Herbal Shop Natural experience. For any reason you have a problem or not satisfied please contact us and we will work together to ensure your satisfaction.
AmuriRose Herbal Shop is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it leaves the warehouse. We will not replace or issue any refunds. Any replaced orders, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Any damaged packages or products received must show pictures of items within 10 days of ship date. We do our best to meet shipping estimate times, however we cannot guarantee them. For shipments which do not qualify for free Standard shipping, shipping costs will be calculated based on order total.

PLEASE NOTE:

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
The declaration number for international shipping will be provided to customers once items are shipped. Please be aware that AmuriRose Herbal Shop is not responsible and is unable to track international packages once shipped. Any additional FEES required must be paid by the purchaser. If customers have any question regarding their orders, please reach out to your local post office, custom or the international inquiry center at 800-222-1811.

USPS priority first class mail will receive a tracking number upon purchase.
Some items sold by AmuriRose Herbal Shop may require special handling as specified by local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At AmuriRose Herbal Shop, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
